  For the second time in recent months I had a dream about a magical crystal. Last time it was a rainbow fluorite tower or wand and this time it was a coaster sized larbradorite plate.   This is the part of the dream that I remember. Something could have went on prior to it, but I don't remember that if it did. I am sitting outside, upstairs on my yoga mat. In front of me on the mat is the labradorite plate and I am staring at it. I don't know if it was some sort of meditation or why I was doing that, but I felt that I had been doing it for a while, not hours, but like 20 minutes or more. Suddenly a white beam shoots out of the stone! It is similar to a laser beam and it shoots out about 4 to 6 inches. In the dream I am so happy! I was so happy that I actually woke up and thought wow, that was cool and immediately fell back to sleep. I don't know what time that happened and if I woke up 15 minutes later or hours later, but when I did I immediately remembered the dream. Th...

  Since this is the last monthly box before they start the seasonal ones I decided to review it and then I can compare it with the seasonal to figure out if I am still getting 3 months worth of stuff! lol!  The box was different this month and larger so I assume it is the size they will be using for the seasonal boxes.  At the top of the box, like every month was the ritual cards. They give you a ritual to do with the items and also tell you about the items. I rarely do the ritual, but I use the items in my own rituals. I also save all my ritual cards for future reference.  The next thing in the box was the flower book! I LOVE Tamed Wild's little booklets and I think I have almost all them! Thankfully, I did not have this one yet. There are about 30 different flowers in it, it tells you uses for them, symbolism and gives a little ritual you can do with them.  This ointment is said to help facilitate astral projection. The original recipe I found in my Witches Date Book, but I like to change recipes and make them my own so I made a couple changes, but the basic ingredients are the same. It said it is best done either during a new moon or full moon. I had originally planned to do it last full moon, but things were stressful at that time and so I waited and did it under the new moon of February 20th.  I decided to use a small canning jar, it will end up in a cosmetic jar eventually. I started with 3 small amethyst stones. These were not in the original recipe and is something I added. Amethyst is said to help open your third eye and 3 is a magical number for myself and many others. Next I added a heaping spoonful and mugwort and one of woodworm then poured in sweet almost oil making sure they were completely covered. The other thing I changed was the oil.   I have started this new blog in hopes of keeping my experiments and experiences with the metaphysical aspect of my life in one place and not contaminating it with all kinds of other stuff. Sort of like a record for myself since nobody really seems to visit my blogs these days.  I don't make resolutions, but each new year there are new things I want to try and work on. This is what I want to study and learn more about this year: 1) Candle magic 2) Tarot and Rune readings  3) Start and scrapbook like Grimoire 4) Try to meditate more often and trying different types of meditation Of course, I will continue with my normal obsessions as well, such as collecting crystals, trying new spells and rituals, crafty things and UFO/alien related stuff!  Photo is of my first crystal purchase on 2023, a lovely Lemurian crystal which I plan to make into a pendant.  I wish everyone a wonderful 2023, full of health and everything that makes them happy!
