  I once bought a pretty rainbow obsidian necklace from Mindful Souls. Since then I receive a daily (sometimes more) emails trying to sell me products. Most of their products seem overpriced, at least the ones I have seen on Amazon and other metaphysical type sites. However, what really irritates me is that they can't even get their emails trying to sell me things right. The June full moon is on the 4th, not the 14th as it says in this screenshot from my email. This is at least the 3rd time I have received an email from them containing false information on the day or date of something and I don't even open most of their emails! Not very mindful if you ask me, so I will be calling them mindless souls from now on!  Follow up 5/29: I emailed Mindless Souls the day they sent out that email and I am sure others probably did as well.   Since this is the last monthly box before they start the seasonal ones I decided to review it and then I can compare it with the seasonal to figure out if I am still getting 3 months worth of stuff! lol!  The box was different this month and larger so I assume it is the size they will be using for the seasonal boxes.  At the top of the box, like every month was the ritual cards. They give you a ritual to do with the items and also tell you about the items. I rarely do the ritual, but I use the items in my own rituals. I also save all my ritual cards for future reference.  The next thing in the box was the flower book! I LOVE Tamed Wild's little booklets and I think I have almost all them! Thankfully, I did not have this one yet. There are about 30 different flowers in it, it tells you uses for them, symbolism and gives a little ritual you can do with them.   Sometime last week I had a dream where I was doing some sort of spell or ritual and waving around a wand/tower. I noticed it was rainbow fluorite and I thought, "but I don't have a rainbow fluorite tower" and then I woke up. The next day I went on Amazon and bought one! It arrived on Friday and as you can see in the photo it is beautiful!  Friday night I decided to leave it on the table next to my bed when I went to sleep and as you might guess I had a very strange dream: I was in what seemed to be a large airplane hanger, there were lots of people there with me, some I knew, but most I didn't. Several Ufologists that I know were there, like Richard Dolan! One person I knew is dead in real life, but was there in the dream. We were all waiting for the aliens to arrive! They were coming to some sort of meeting. I really don't know who they were meeting with, it wasn't me. I knew I was there because I would be leaving with them, as would be everyone else in the...

  Tamed Wild is switching monthly subscription boxes to quarterly. I am kind of sad about this because I look forward to my box each month. There are good things about this change though! Like you will get 3 months worth of items for only $56, right now the monthly boxes are $28 so it is like getting a free month 4 times per year!  One new thing that will be included each quarter is a seasonal workbook.  It looks pretty cool, although, I already have a 2023 planner that is very similar from what I can tell. You also still get a monthly ritual (x 3) and all the items needed to perform them. I assume that "Small Spells" deck will be included in the first quarterly shipment at the end of April since they included the photo along with the workbook in their email.  I will still miss getting my monthly box, but I imagine I will look forward to a quarterly box packed with 3 months worth of stuff even more! 

A lot of tarot readers seem to look down on oracle cards because they are not as complex as the tarot. I understand this feeling, but I find oracle cards to be fun and often accurate. This is the most fun of the oracle decks I have. It also comes with a booklet which I never use because I feel there is enough information on the cards.  I got 3 really great ladies this time! It was totally surprising that I didn't get any men. I'll admit I am not a fan of Cher's singing voice, but I still really admire her for many other reasons! It forced me to look up Edith Plaf and find out more about her. I knew who she was, but didn't know anything about her more personal life. I love that her last words were "Every damn thing you do in this life, you have to pay for." I think that a lot and I am sure whatever ends up killing me will make me think that too!  Yeah, this deck I recommend because it is fun! 

 A lot of times I buy cards because they look pretty and are on sale. That doesn't always work out. Case in point these astrology oracle cards.  These seemed interesting. First you randomly pick a sign. That goes in the first house and then you put the others in order from there. Next you pick the planet and put it in the proper house for the question you are asking, you look up the sign and planet and it gives you the meaning. A very vague meaning! For example, I asked if I should look for a summer job. The response was "if you work hard you will succeed." Duh! That is normally the case. The two other questions I asked didn't have any better answer.  So I still think these are pretty cards, but I give them thumbs down for actually being useful!
